Hi everyone
There's alot of threads on eye-dotting for lions, but for dragons, is it similar in terms of the places that need to be dotted? ie. eyes, nose, mouth, forehead, body? tail?

Also, lions have the red bow attached to the horn, does a red bow get attached to a dragon head? As the dragon doesn't have a "centre" horn like a lion does, where does one tie the red bow on a dragon head?
The new design of dragon heads, which are smaller and streamline, makes it difficult to attach a bow if one is required?
I've seen dragons with the bow and some without the bow so i'm not sure if there's any specific "protocol" with this.

Any help would be great and will also broaded my limited knowledge in this area.
Thanks!

The dragon is dotted much the same way eyes, nose mouth horns etc and yes there is a red ribbon flower. Also a ritual lock is placed. Why some don't have, you have to ask the group, is it during competition? In those cases if part of the costume comes off, then they get deducted points.

Even when i've seen dragon dance performances in asia etc (public performances, not comps), most of them don't seem to have the red ribbon flower attached.

I've seen it on those big dragons but not so much on the smaller performing/comp ones.
