I'm thinking about having some car window decals made and wanted to see if anyone else was interested. If you'd pay $10 each for a 5"x5" decal like this let me know and I'll keep you updated.

Feedback on the design is also appreciated!

Color will most likely be red, but let me know your preference.

Chris, that's just a draft right? I'd be interested, but I'd improve the calligraphy. Very Happy

Definitely a draft! Just something I whipped out in Illustrator while "at work" so I didn't have time to make it pretty. Another thing is when I exported it to a jpg the lines got fuzzy. The actual decal would be made from the illustrator file though so it'll be nice & clear.

Know anyone with good calligraphy skills? Do you prefer brush strokes or block? Traditional or simplified? Or could do it without the calligraphy altogether.

IMO, easiest way is to use a nice font.

Here's the reverse image. Feedback appreciated. I'm thinking maybe the Chinese characters outside of the circle at an angle either along the top or bottom. What do you think?

And here's a pretty lame looking northern lion in case anyone's interested…

i think round is a gd idea.
either chinese or jus plain english text .... or maybe using both. would be nice too. text running along the round decal will be cool.
jus a suggestion for the text :: USA LION'S CAVE FORUM...... ",

i like the reverse design, i wonder how the decal would also look like with thick sheeps fur(mouth & eyes portion)? would it be nice too?

Thanks for all the designs !! ",

Okay, how's it look? In addition to what Joshua suggested I also tried to add the red ribbon on the horn and made the beard a little shorter and more square on the bottom as others have suggested privately. I'm not sure the fluffy "fur" looks that good, but I'm not sure how to make it better using Illustrator. Anyone with experience have advice?

The Chinese and English words are set off from the main design so people can apply them or not as they decide they like. Still looking for a good font for the Chinese.

Oh, and the $10 US is the cost I was quoted so I'm not making any money off of these. Shipping (especially international) will add a little, but they're not very heavy so it shouldn't be too much. Or I can email you the files and you can have them made yourself. If you know of a less expensive place let me know and I'll use them too.

Since I've already done the work, is there interest in T-shirts or any other logowear?

pretty nice to see the decal lion with beard. honestly i like both. with & without beard. i think a gd chinese font & a symetrical beard may enhance the final look. whats yr opinion ?
once the final design is finalise, how do i pay ? ", when i get the original decal, maybe i can use it to print a tees sample. it the printer print quality is gd & affordable, i will feedback u more results.

How about putting this up on Cafe Press and making the design available for t-shirts and other stuff?
